Why water

The first thing we reach for.

When a child cries, we bring them water. When someone hears bad news, we hand them a glass. Across every culture we know, water is the first act of care.

In our homes, it was more than that. Our grandmothers recited over water and gave it to whoever was unwell or afraid. Not as medicine, but as love that you could drink. Raahi Healing Water carries that same feeling, made with care, with prayer, and with respect for what science has learned about the body and the mind.

It will not solve everything. It is not meant to. It is meant to be a pause: a moment in a loud day when you sit down, hold something pure in both hands, and remember that you are worth looking after.

What inspires every bottle

We don't publish a recipe, and some of it we keep close to our hearts. But these are the things that shape Raahi Healing Water, and the reasons we chose them.

Everything starts clean. Water from a certified producer, filtered and tested, the quiet base that everything else rests on.

Bee propolis

The golden resin bees use to protect their hive. People have treasured it for thousands of years, and today scientists around the world are studying it closely.

From our mountains

Himalayan pink salt

Mined from the Salt Range of Punjab, formed from a sea that dried up long before there were people. A touch of the land we come from, in every bottle.

From the heart

Surah Ar-Rahman

Every batch rests while Surah Ar-Rahman, The Most Merciful, is recited over it. A practice of love and remembrance, carried on from our homes into yours.

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ

And We made every living thing from water.

From the bees comes a drink of many colours, in which there is healing for people.

How to drink it

    Sit down

    Pour a glass and find somewhere to sit, even for a minute. Put your phone face down.

    Hold it

    Hold the glass in both hands. Notice its coolness. Say Bismillah, or whatever brings you peace.

    Breathe

    Take three slow breaths, the out breath longer than the in breath.

    Sip slowly

    Small sips, one at a time. Let this be the part of the day that belongs only to you.

How is Surah Ar-Rahman part of the water?

Each batch rests while Surah Ar-Rahman is recited over it, following a practice many of our families grew up with. It is an act of faith and intention. We share it because it matters to us, not as a scientific claim.

How much does it cost?

PKR 1,499 per bottle. We sell it in packs of 4 or more, so the smallest order is 4 bottles for PKR 5,996. You can also choose 8 bottles (PKR 11,992) or 12 bottles (PKR 17,988).

How much should I drink?

Enjoy a glass whenever you want a calm moment, as part of your normal daily water. Follow the guidance on the label.

Is it safe for children?

Because it contains propolis, please check with your doctor before giving it to young children or anyone with allergies.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed, in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and enjoy it within the time shown on the label.
